Rename "Home" on VF1 nav to "Dashboard" and remove hover effect while active
"Dashboard" is a clearer representation of this page. Currently, users are trying to click Home while already on the dashboard, indicating that they think it should take them somewhere else (20608 clicks from CPro contractors alone as of 4/25/23)....
